The Wooden Palate was founded by Ryan Silverman, a woodworker with a clientele most only read about, and his wife, Eileen O'Dea, a chef who swapped the kitchen for the workshop. Together, they design each piece with one thing in mind: that it will endure, long after the moment it was first held

This is the perfect dish for leftover rice. In fact, it's best with leftover rice! Mix all ingredients and spread thinly on a baking sheet. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes. Stir halfway.
